The Kool Kids Klub takes place on the third Saturday of every month in the dark, dingy basement of the Royal Hotel. Set against the backdrop of boy racers, shit clubs and an overriding lack of taste, the Kool Kids Klub aims to keep its finger on the pulse and deliver the latest in underground trends to those looking for something a little more kool in Southend-on-Sea.
Expect to find bassline, B-more, Baile funk and electro/ fidget-house from our resident DJs (DJ Biffhammer - XX Teens, K-Wale, That Boy Kana) and visiting talent from around the country, such as Coffin Joe (The Horrors), Tapedeck, Big in Ghana (Young Turks), STDJs, Foamo and many more.
Not only this, but you can expect the Kool Kids Klub to be the biggest and most popular party of the month in South-East England. Don't be surprised when you find yourself trapped inside a heaving pit of sweaty of ravers bouncing the night away.
