'We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.'

About Me

Funny, intuitive, hard-working free thinker with round-the-year allergies. Proudly adamant about certain issues but mellowed out considerably with age. At the end of the day, all I really need is my boyfriend, my kitties, my darling friends, some good Tivo and maybe a grilled cheese sandwich.

And I absolutely cannot stand people who dress babies in professional sports apparel. I, mean, really...ugh.

Actually, it's really more a solid case of the creeps. I was doing my morning stroll across Manhattan to work. As I passed Madison Square Garden, I looked up at the giant screen as it is impossible to...

Shea Stadium, Casey Stengel & my dad

So any of you who have even met my father for 10 seconds know that he is the master storyteller. And how so many tales of "old New York" (his New York) are related to brushes with fame, death, an...

Like Sanford & Son. But not as funny. And with ghosts.

So I just screened my last unaired episode of DT - the dreaded junkyard episode, my least favorite to be filmed. (Where to start? The muddy sludge? The filth? The poison ivy? The cast having to throw ...
