Influences: One could say I been in the game since early childhood. My parents use to play old Tito Puente and Grand Combo records. Then in 1979 I heard the biggest thing in Hip Hop, Rappers Delight by the Sugerhill Gang. From that point on I began making pause tapes for my friends. I always knew I would somehow work in the music industry. In 2004 a friend, gave me the oppurtunity to do a radio spot for WSCB in Springfield, MA called " Smart Sundays ".We played underground hip-hop, neo soul, jazz and so on. I was blessed to interview some of the greats such as Tableek from Maspyke Bilal Salaam, K'ayln and a slew of others. Then in 2005 I opened up Nuground Music, a music store that specialized in all indie music. Since then I've done lots of different shows and radio. Nuground Music represents "New and Ground breaking" music. It began with 2 friends who have a love for music and spent a great deal of time collecting it . We then turned our collection into a business of radio and club promotion. We have worked with artists such as Little Brother, Maspyke, and Hezekiah to name just a few. DJ Wreckineyez and myself are now making mix tapes, one of which we did to help promote Darien Brockington's album "Somebody To Love".
