Pull of Gravity was formed in 2003. The band members of Pull of Gravity consist ofJustin Baucom The Lead Singer,Kevin McPherson The Guitarist,Steven Gurley The Guitarist,Bryon Bartlett The Bassist,Jeremy Gurley The Drummer.Pull of Gravity mixes styles heard in both modern and older music to create their own unique sound. Their goal as a band is to make Christ famous and to present the gospel.
Pull of Gravity is made up of 5 devoted musicians that come from many different backgrounds and taste in music. The band was formed in 2003 and has made many progressions in music style and writing since then. They all have their different stories but the same reason for making music and spreading their word. God pulled them all together with one purpose and has blessed them much over the years. The recent demo is one to show what the band will be working towards to release as a full album by the end of 2008. This is going to be a long process due to how meticulous the band will be with writing music and to make sure that a song does not make it onto the album that is just "ok." Still fighting an uphill battle the band takes any and every show seriously and looks for anything they can get their hands to spread the word. From small church shows to opening for touring bands and throwing their own shows, Pull of Gravity tries their best to get their word everywhere that it can be preached.
Pull of Gravity got it’s name because God pulled all kinds of people out of unusual places and situations to form a band that became best friends that have different styles and different personalities but all have the same focus, which is God and his will!
