Allen Po

Allen Po, who's real name is Allen Whitfield was born in Seaside California in 1979. Throughout my life I have always made music an outlet to handle the curve balls which life might throw our way. I began battle rapping at the age of 12 years old with my older brother (Sean), although most wouldn't come to learn the gift until many years later. When I began Monterey High School in 1993 I played both Football, and Basketball. I have acheived many accolades in the workd of sports, such as 1ST Team all county, and being reconized as one-half of the top ten reciveing duos in the State of California in my junior season. In 1996 I began to split my time between sports and music. After some odd years of trying to get my album out...I finally did. I also began my own music label Sketch'd Out Records ( formerly known as ACS Records in), which was co-created by The Producer and myself in 2005. I've also teamed up with my long time friend and coleauge Titan Mann. I am now apart of the MT@N Entertainment Family, as well as an 831 Street team member. My style is me, and cannot be duplicated. I'm a word wizzard, with a silver tounge (which is instilled in many of us that come from the Central Bay) and have honned my craft as and artist, and a writer. I have a message which is missing in todays mainstream of what we call " Rap/ Hip Hop music". My biggest joy in life is to make good music and to make the world think about what's really " real ".
