anything i can relate to, dance to alone in my room or car, or get a good laugh out of. i hate country music. i'll be the first to admit that not only do i own an extensive library of techno, but emo music. i've seen dashboard confessional more times than i like to admit. at the same time i think some of the best shows i've been to are poison the well, tool, a perfect circle, blondie, and system of a down. that should give you an idea... and i love the classic great stuff like portise head, the pixies and the violent femms. in addition: billy idol! not only was it a great show, but a good laugh for weeks to come
ANY horror movie.. i don't care if it's a shitty 1970's horror/porn flick... all of the texas chainsaw massacres..especially the next generation. i get a good kick out of mathew whatshisname with the remote control leg. lots of the stuff i grew up on as a kid, goonies, stand by me, nightmare on elm street, legend, excalibur, the last unicorn, unico, labirynth (sp?), the prince of darkness, big fish, the notebook, the ring (american and japanese version) the audition, clockwork orange, eternal sunshine of the spotless mind....so on and so forth
i've come to realize the t.v is best used for video games. namely need for speed 2
the bell jar, years best in fantasy and horror, the perks of being a wallflower, any true crime books, anything by poppy z. brite, the velveteen rabbit, and just about anything woth words...
