The planetarium is some kind of theatre where the show is directed by an enormous projector, one of the biggest in Europe.

This projector -build by Zeiss Jena, holding 119 projectors- is build to show you the sky at night as you can witness it, anywhere on this planet.

Over 8500 stars, together with the sun, the moon, the planets in our solar system and passing comets are projected on a dome (diameter: 23,5m) /p
350 persons are able to watch this dazling show, from a very comfortable seat.
