Graphics & Layouts Life is kind of crazy about now, but overall, life is good.
I recently inherited a new son-in-law...( a Navy boy..big surprise here in Jacksonville)
but he's a good young man so I guess it's ok..even though they eloped..
I have a new daughter-in-law as well...I became a grandmother in July...
It's a boy..yea..I AM actually excited about THAT....I am old enough (lol)...
and he's soooo beautiful (yeah I know...bragging grandma)...Rowan David...
Different I know, but David is for his great grandfather (my father) who never got to see him...RIP Pops.....
I have 3 children total...My son, 27, 2 daughters 20 & 21... I like to enjoy life...it's too short not to...I love to cook (and I like to eat),
I like movies, hanging out with my friends, LOVE the beach, traveling....All the normal stuff.
I don't think I am anyone special, I'm just me.
But I DO know I AM a good person, and that's what matters!!
I'm not Miss America, but for my age, I think I'm pretty attractive! I can be out spoken (sometimes to a fault), but I am not hateful.
I love to laugh, smile and have fun. I know when to take things seriously, and when not to.
I have a heart of gold, probably one of the nicest people you will ever meet....
But I wouldn't make me mad either..THAT could be a BIG mistake =-)

I'm single and just living life right now..no one special in my life ...but hey, I'm working on it (wink).
Men these days (my age group anyways) seem to be confused. They want one thing one minute, and something else the next. Or they just want a 'friend' because they're busy with their career, or their heart has been broken, (Women get their heart broke, deal with it and move on...MEN...they never let it go and seem not to want to try love again), or something other reason. "You're such a great woman, so much MY type, BUT...."...I so hate that word "BUT"...Anyways...I'm won't 'settle' for just anyone because I'm alone, I'd rather be by myself.....
Should that man come along, who I'd like to meet would be.. a man with a great sense of humor, who is romantic, and has a positive outlook on life. A man who makes time for the important things like spending time with family and friends and me. He'd be smart and quick witted and able to handle a woman who is intelligent, independent and good hearted. The perfect man for me would value trust, honesty, and mutual respect above all else in a relationship. He would be warm and friendly to not only his friends and family, but to those who he might meet on the street. He would have a need and want, to be loved like never before. I guess you could say I want it all , but hey, "If you strive for less you will achieve less!"
Though I am flattered....I'm not into YOUNGER men.... With that being said...if you are younger than let's say 38-39...Please don't bother....I have 3 children, I don't need any more.....
July 26, 2007 I became a Grandmother.....I'm loving it!!!
My greatest pride and biggest accomplishment in my life are my children. I have been blessed with wonderful, beautiful, happy, healthy children. The children all parents wish for!!

My favorite channels: TLC, Animal Planet, A&E, The Biography Channel, The Discovery & Discovery Health Channels, some of the news channels, Turner Classic Movies (TMC), American Movie Classics (AMC), The Hallmark Channel, and of course all the major networks have good shows on them as well.My favorite shows: Wife Swap (funny and crazy), American Idol (of course), One Tree Hill, House, Nip Tuck, Miami Ink, All the Law & Orders, Lost, Greys Anatomy, Animal Cops (all of them)....
My kids are my heroes....But I looked up to my Grandmother more than any one...She was the strongest, wisest, and kindest person I ever knew, and was ALWAYS there for me..and I miss her dearly..she's been gone now almost 3 years..R.I.P Gran..Watercross
