Hello patrons, and welcome to the Art of Jaymz. My name is James S. Higgins, Jr. and I am an active tattoo apprentice at 'Blue Horseshoe Tattoo and Body Piercing Studio' in Hampton, Virginia. I am also a freelance artist and will pretty much put forth effort to do any piece of artwork that you'd commision me to do. If I feel I cannot do something to your liking, I will tell you up-front.
