About Me

I just moved to San Francisco after three and a half years in Seattle. I manage a 41 unit apartment building and work in the rental company's office. I'm really excited about it, but sad at the same time to leave Seattle. I'm going to have to change my phone #, driver's license, license plate....ughhhhhhhh. I don't think I'll wait two years to do it this time though.Let's see......I like this description: "Vogel. . . What can anyone say that can define the greatness of Vogel? I certainly don't have the words to express my awe. He's a friend, a brother, a champion to the weak, and a hero to the masses. Vogel gives me that mushy feeling inside that I can only describe as. . . being really full like I just ate six tacos or something. Vogel!"Or this one: "Josh is someone very special. He is intelligent, sweet, and very kind. He is the guy that people strive to be like because nothing really stresses him out. He's had a fantastic upbringing and knows how to treat people well. He also likes to eat green beans with X.O. sauce at VIP Harbor restaurant." I do love those damn green beans!

My Interests

Movies, Music, Golf, Baseball, Dodgeball, History, Photography, Hiking, Computers, Reading, Pho, Sushi, good pizza, finding good chinese delivery in Seattle, great weather, baked brie cheese covered in honey and toasted almonds, cranberry chutney.

I'd like to meet:

I just moved to a new city, so anyone who would be interested in showing me around.Cool people who don't laugh at the idea of playing Dodgeball, but rather people who laugh with me. People who will put up with my 'bad' stories. People that don't mind other people ruining good jokes, other people being me. People who enjoy anecdotes and jokes about coors light(The silver bullet) and werewolves, the orgins of phrases and other random thoughts that pass through my head long enough for me to vocalize them. Oh and people who don't watch CSI.

Music:

I go through phases where I am totally absorbed by one one artist; right now it's a Dylan phase. Pearl Jam, Black Keys, Zeppelin, Miles Davis, Beck, Beatles, Cake, Fiona Apple, Shins, Ween, Flaming Lips, Sean Hayes, Gomez, Talking Heads, Roots, Pinback, Bobby Bare Jr., The Arcade Fire, Sleater Kinney, The Decemberists, KEXP, Maximo Park, Matisyahu, Death Cab, Mofro, Bob Dylan, Spoon, Sufjan Stevens, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah!, Joanna Newsom, Brett Dennen, Clinic, Cloud Cult and Animal Collective

Indian Food in San Francisco

One of the major differences between Seattle and SF that I've noticed so far is Indian food. In Seattle it's like going to a normal restaurant. You are seated, you get some menus, water and silver w...

That's what I awoke to this morning.  The said thing is I laughed.  A woman yelled that at a drunk/cracked out/asshole man, who had been cursing her out for a minute, as he walked away.There...

The Dodgers

I've never given up on a team, but the Dodgers are playing so poorly right now that it's tough to watch! They just lost again. The worst part is that they had the tying run at the plate with no outs...
