..............hi all so were do i start i supose id tell u my discription first so here goes..... im 6ft 2 in tall iv brown eyes bin told they look like teddy bear eyes lol god no's wat that means but hay each for a complement anyway ill carry on im mediam build not fat at all and do alot of excercise bike ridin etc iv brown hair as you can prob c from my pic lol anyway thats that done now a bit about wat i like i love to go out on reck head nights out were u jus wake up the next day after spending every penny n your tryin to remember wat happend but iv chilled out on them now i now wat i do n jus get bladered with my m8s clubin n of to pubs wich i love doin. i like bein online chatin to people and surfin the good old net for stuff i work most of the time in the day i like to chill out some nights watchin tele wich im of to do in a min so iv got to wright a bit quicker lol i like to have a laugh n like to talk but some times go in to my own little world lol. i also love fishin and foumula 1 racing lewis hamalton is just the best driver in the world n he deservs to win oh love all my m8s and the best thing in life is to chill with them and go pubbin on nights out n clubbin its jus the best way to spend your weekends dont u think .............

Pace your drinks with water or a soft drink between every alcoholic drink and don't mix your alcoholic drinks choose one and stick with it
Eat a meal before drinking or if there will be food offered while you are out have a small snack before you go out
Have some days off alcohol, one day at least a week is recommended.
