Ahh, so u have found your way to my place! I'm Emilia and I live in Sweden. I'm 18 years old and my life is surrounded by being a Jehovah's wittness, Music, Friends and Photography. I started to shoot (photograph) reguarly feb 2004 when I got a digital compact camera from my bigbrother. In fact I started earlier than that with a really old crappy film camera lol. I have always loved taking pictures wether it's for fun or more seriously, but just because you shoot seriously that doesn't mean that u don't have fun.
Anyway with the digital cam I found a more developed intrest for it and shot all the time. People around me noticed I actaully had something in me that knew how to handle that cam and get a good pic out of it. I upgraded to a Minolta DiMage 7i a year later and developed even more. At that time I felt that this was what I wanted to do for real, as a job too. So I decided to do it!
When it was time for high school I applied for the Media Programme wich has a photography study in it that u can choose. I got in to the programme and to my great dissapointement it was only 5 students who wanted to go the photography courses, so they never started that one. I got sad and really mad. But no fear, there is always selection courses! I got in to that one and started the course in the fall of 2006.
Another great thing is that I got some money from my bigsiz (thank you!!) for a new cam! I am loving the possibillities this Nikon D50 gives me!
Other than photography I really like to listen to good music. I listen to lots of different music stiles that I like, for instance Jazz mixed with some pop, guitar jazz, folk rock, folk, alternative, pop and some rock. I like music that makes me wanna dance or just make me cry to sleep.
