About Me

I play guitar and bass for a living. Always have. Music is my everything and I'm fortunate enough to have had it be my only profession. I've outfitted my apartment with a cozy practice studio and am currently teaching lessons out of it. Drop me a message if you or someone you know in North NJ wants some professional bass and/or guitar instruction (beginners to advanced theory, jazz studies, etc)
Currently, I'm playing in The Pilot and I hope you check 'em out. Everyday I get to wake up and create music is worth waking up. There's gonna be a new album, thinkin' this summer, and I hope to see you all at shows
Music completely fuels me. However, sometimes when emotions run high I tend to need to do more than passively absorb. I'll put the headphones on and just run through the night till incapacitation or delieverance. In 2004 I road my bike from Oregon to NJ and haven't really stopped. There's something about stepping out of bounds...leaving what everyone calls normal...sometimes sanity.
Thankfully I have such wonderful friends who put up with such nonsense. I adore my friends.
I'm now an elite ameature triathlete. Nothing beats Ironman competitions (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run) and I've been fortunate to compete in 2006 at the World Championships in Kona Hawaii. I hope to go pro soon as I've aquired some sponsors for of which I must sincerely thank. I dabble in ultra running and cycling and have had some success there. There's nothing 'jock-ish' about what I do...its a form of self discovery...its my fix...my way to fight depression...its my chance to be alone with my weaknesses...and to possibly overcome them.

tattoos, burritos, quality pens, long drives with a sick playlist, piercings, chilling with friends, lots of reading, writing endlessly to no audience in particular, and, of course, out and aboutness sometimes.

process/procedure

Other than time itself, few things in life, if any, are absolutely linear. I've come to find revelatory insights are never the product of a procedure's end, but a wake left in a h...
