You don't know me. I just started a myspace page that will be all about rallying grass roots support for switching America from gasoline powered cars to hydrogen powered cars.
I asked to be your friend, because you are friends with someone that's environmentally friendly (very cool).

I've been hearing since 2002 that the technology for us to drive hydrogen powered cars is available, but that it will take 10 years to put the infrastructure in place. Half of the ten years has expired and we're only very slightly closer to driving nonpolluting high mileage cars than we were in 2002. All of the major auto manufactures have developed and are building hydrogen or hydrogen hybrid cars yet you can barely buy fuel. It’s simply not available out on the streets.
The name for this page, Hydrogen Highway, comes from a project started here in California to provide hydrogen fuel all the way from Alaska down to the Mexican border.
Ok, so you get the idea. I think people have tremendous power to lead the government and big corporations by raising our voices and demanding that the products we purchase are sustainable.
