Skinny Women

Skinny Women started in the basement of the Desjarlais brothers home. Jesse Desjarlais(vocals,guitar) and brother Joe-el Desjarlais(drums) began jamming together and writing songs. They found their first gig as an opening act for Sweetsalt and Five Minute Miracle at KCS High School in Kindersley Saskatchewan. After a few more duo shows the two started looking for a bass player. Cam McMillan was recruited by the band and this is the Skinny Women that became the final lineup. The band has recorded a CD and has played bars, festivals, and any other opportunties that they can get.
