I am a 55 year young grandma and love spending time with my grandkids. I am number 11 out of 12 kids in my family. My dad always said that him and mom knew how to keep warm on those cold winter nights, if you know what I mean. I have two daughters and three grandchildren and have lived in iowa all my life. My dad and mom are gone now but when we were growing up we always knew we were loved and we were all taught how to protect ourselves in a fight. My dad was irish and my mom was sioux indian and dad would sometimes tell us that the mixture of the two is why we had such hot tempers. We were taught that family comes first and we are very protective of our kids.
