I'm cooler than just about anyone you know.

About Me

I guess this is the part where I proclaim just how cool I really am in comparison to the rest of the planet....so here goes:
I've been a video game designer, a tech support phone monkey, an Apple Computer apologist, a club promoter, and now I'm an Information Services Specialist (whatever that means).
I spend a majority of my time hanging out with my wonderful girlfriend Chandra, listening to music, reading everything I can get my hands on, and following various sports (Go Cowboys, Stars, and Mavs!). Other than the aforementioned activities, I watch a lot of movies and keep up with politics.
For many years I was a Drum&Bass promoter, in Dallas. Primarily (and most active) with 32 Degrees (RIP) and Covert Operations . I've been credited with kick-starting the D&B movement in Dallas, and I don't know how accurate that is, but if I did then I had quite a bit of help throughout the years. You should check out the never-updated Ops site, there's some old event history and descriptions of our exploits. I've pretty much lost all interest in D&B these days, so if anyone can think of any reason why I should be into it again, please let me know.

My Interests

Reading, Music, Driving, Movies, Relaxing, Time With Friends, People Watching, Browsing Bookstores

I'd like to meet:

Anyone that enjoys people watching and doesn't need 6 types of medication to function on a daily basis.

Music:

Music is probably the biggest driving force in my life, as it is for most people. I like a giant spectrum of stuff, from EDM to Punk to Hardcore to Soul to Metal.

Movies:

I'm a movie junkie.

Television:

Family Guy, Lost, Heroes, Law&Order, SVU, CSI, Sportscenter, Sopranos, Dexter, CNN, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Sealab 2021, etc etc on and on

Books:

I'll read anything you put in front of me. I'd rather spend my time at a book store browsing and absorbing information than talking to most people.

Heroes:

Err no.

My Blog

Fuck American Airlines. The entire 734 mile trip from Kansas City to Austin took more than 14 hours to complete. I understand weather is a concern and can cause a delay, but when you allow other pla...

I'm finding more "lost" people on Myspace than I ever did on Friendster, whoda thunk it? Things at work are super super hectic with the game schedule and reworking a lot of the design stuff. Overa...

Nice, a journal feature on a Friendster clone. What'll they think of next?! Actually MySpace seems a lot more stable and lot more interactive than Friendster is...too bad this one didn't come along ...
