About Me

About me.. hmm... let me think... well I grew up in a small town...Carthage, TN, which I've very thankful for... went to college at MTSU in Murfreesboro, TN and got a degree in Recording Industry Management and have worked in the music business since my senior year of college. I've worked at several record labels in Nashville and now work as a Production Coordinator for producer/songwriter Buddy Cannon. He produces Kenny Chesney among other acts, but so far that's the biggie.

I am happily married to my hubby of 6 years, Ray Scott. He's a singer and a songwriter.... you should check him out, he's my #1 friend on here.. go ahead and click on his page... really... it's ok! I'm lucky to have great family and friends who I love a lot and who apparently can put up with me too, so that's a plus.
I've reconnected with quite a few old friends because of Myspace, so I'm loving that. Just here to meet new people and hopefully find some old friends that I've lost touch with over the years.

My Interests

music, traveling to new places, reading, Mexican food, fashion, messing around with little creative projects around the house-DIY kind of stuff, and the list goes on. That's what comes to me off of the top of my head.

Music:

Way too much to list here....

Movies:

A couple of my all time favorite movies are Shawshank Redemption, Coming To America and Silence of the Lambs. If they're on tv, no matter how far along in the movie it is, I have to sit and watch it to the end even though I've seen them so many times.

Television:

Desperate Housewives, ER, The Office, any kind of 48 hours mystery type show

Books:

I've got a book going at all times, so I really couldn't tell you a few in particular that are my favorites. I just go to the library and check out 3 or 4 things at a time that sound interesting.
