“Life is music, music is life”… words thought of daily by Brian “LiL B” Brown. My vision of started back in 89’. My pops took me to Fox Music… and that’s where I was introduced to music (instruments). From that day, I thought of music in a different prospective. I began playing the piano, but it was only for a couple of months. I learned all of my skills by playing the trumpet for 8 years… through out middle and high school. My ma told me a long time ago that I have a great ear for music. I was and still am able to tap out anything I hear once. My love and passion for music is beyond spoken words. That’s why I express my style through my music. Look out world… LiL B outcha!!!
I’m not just a producer, I’m a southern musical poet. I soak up all that surrounds me and create my own theme melody for the moment. That’s what makes me unique from other producers.
My style varies. I started on piano. So I use it in most of my beats. I use bells, strings, and deep drop basses. The rest of my style changes day by day. I’m a open minded person. I feel like I can write with any artist out there because my vision is a gift from god, and I am always able to adapt. I create my best music when I’m surrounded by other inspired artist. That’s why I’m a studio junkie, so much that my studio is my bedroom.
Back in 2004, I got my first copy of “fruity loops”. That was the beginning of my movement. Since then, I’ve met a lot of artist and other producers. The only thing I want people to say about me is “he is a very talented guy”. People have come and gone, but now I feel like I’ve got my squad. The music will never be boring. when I’m not making any beats… I’m thinking about it...
