Where do I begin? Well, I was born and raised out here in l.a. And would not want to live anywhere else. I got into the drag scene through another performer as a backup dancer. This went on for about a year and a half from October of '03 to March of '05, but their paranoia and insecurities pushed us apart. Little by little, I've grown into what I am today, and Lord knows its still a long time before the lesson's over. While I've been performing for 3 years this coming Cinco De Mayo, I still feel and consider myself a newbie. Its through that mindset that I keep myself grounded and humble. I know I'm not the best madonna, in terms of being the best looking, or the best dancer, but I do have the drive, heart, and ambition. And I feel its those qualities that put me on a higher pedestal over certain counterparts.I've performed here and there, nothing too extraordinary, but exposure is exposure. I've appeared at the following;Oasis in Upland, Tigerheat in Hollywood, Rage in West Hollywood, Micky's in West Hollywood, Rumors in Azusa, Status in Riverside, VIP in Riverside, The Lark in San Bernadino, Toucan's in Palm Springs, Bravo in Anaheim, Spurline in Palm Springs, Menagerie in Riverside, Encounters in Pasadena, Avalon in Hollywood, Here lounge in West Hollywood, and Krave Las VegasHopefully this year I will make my Long Beach and/or West Hollywood Pride debut. Not counting on it, but we'll see.Romantically, things have been crazy.My first love Randy, I still talk to. He was my High School sweetheart, and to this day I hold a special place for him in my heart, even still.While he was, like I said my first love, the first "adult" boyfriend was Emilio. I was 18, just new to the weho gay scene when I met him. He was 26 at the time. Though he wasn't, I guess what is typically considered the perfect guy physically, to me he was just that. A mutt of different nationalities, haunting green eyes, and I know this may sound weird but the sexiest nose on a man that I can imagine. My most romantic memories were with him, sitting side by side at his piano while he sang to me. ( whimper) lol. That was almost 4 years ago. I'd be lying if I said I was over him. But, I'm not. Don't ask me what it is, cause if I knew why, then there'd be no attachment after all this time. Maybe its lust and passion. Its funny, the person who makes u happiest has the power to make u the most miserable. And he did. But isn't that what passion is? Pain and lust rolled together?And then there's Jenaro, or Jerry, as I knew him, summer of 04. All I can say is I hope he's ok, though I fear he's not. All his boyfriends before and sadly after me, have been the same type of guy; insecure, controlling, manipulative, etc. He got so used to being treated like shit I think he got comfortable being surrounded by that type of enviornment, like stability wasn't allowed to a part of his life. Oh well.
