lighting the badger on fire... motorcycles, dancing, eating...a lot...all the time...anything...especially Sushi. Um, learning, reading, movies, traveling, spontaneous road trips, bonfires, fishing, optimism, psychoanalysis, debating, 70's style porn, garage sales and swap meets, unique people, people that can open my mind to new thought processes, girls nights, love cooking, kindness, unique style, new experiences, creativity, memories, good friends...and your mom.
I'd like to meet some individuals. The kind of people that are comfortable enough with themselves to have a good time and create genuine friendships. I like people that know how to laugh at themselves and do it often. People that are kind, uninhibited, self aware, intelligent and mostly just dorky.
flogging molly, hillbilly hellcats, spike 1000, decendents, pennywise, millencollin, pixies, primus, janes addicition, vandals, paul simon, sade, prince johnny cash, otis redding, elvis, bob marley, billie holiday, ella fitzgerald, strunz & farah, . Basically everything - country, show tunes, hip-hop, rockabilly, jazz, punk. No techno...ever.
Almost anything. The list is too long so I'll just write what I have so far in my dvd collection (just starting) - Dumb & Dumberer, Amelie, All Matrix's, Airplane, Under the Tuscan Sun, Identity, XXX, Old School, Secretary, Bowling for Columbine, Greece, Time Bandits and some Andrew Blake
Television is too addicting and I'd rather be living my own life than watching someone elses. Haven't had it in three years. I do however have constant late charges at the local video store. Sometimes brain coma is needed.
Anything Tom Robbins, Stranger in a Strange Land, Fountain Head, Atlas Shrugged, Handmaids Tale, Ray Bradbury, Story of O, Bell Jar, Celestine Prophecy, Any travel books, psychological books, philosophy, the bible as literature, erotica (should I have not put those next to each other?), Playboy Advisor (that's not a book but sure is good reading on the shitter). Based on the above if anyone has any suggestions for good books I'm always looking.
Don't really have heroes. There are several people that have admirable traits and things that I use as a gauge for aspiration. We all have flaws and are imperfectly perfect. Don't really believe in hero status...except Wonder Woman was always pretty bad ass. I liked when she could impersonate her voice, like the times she could sound like a man...that could be used for a fun sexual experiment. You could lure all the straight girls to bi-land, just tell them to close their eyes...
