Well I finished University and then took 13 months to backpack around the world. I covered central and Eastern Europe, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and the USA. Along the way I annoyed the local Romanian church by writing an article on the high abortion rates in the country in which i suggested that the answer would be better availability of contraception, I fought off muggers in South Africa outside Sea World, worked in the Sydney Opera House, won Kareoke competitions through renditions of the Blues Brothers, learned to scuba dive on the Great Barrier Reef, cured my fear of heights skydiving, worked for great bosses and slave labourers alike, kicked my feet up in Fiji and nearly got arrested in Washington DC just seven hours before flying home.Not bad really. So where to go from here? I popped over to Europe to visit some friends I'd made travelling shortly after coming back. And now...now i'm back to university to become a qualified teacher. Boring i hear you say. Well think it through with me... Teacher's get upto 3 months off every summer. Thats 2-3 months each summer to travel! Every year! Perfick!Next up! Eastern Europe and Russia!)As for a more detailed analysis of me. Well I'm a partially cynical idealist with a slightly skewed perspective on the world (which is why i laugh at things few others seem to find funny) and an imagination that really hampers my ability to pay attention to anything. Which is why the rest of this will be taken up with some of those annoying yet addictive personality test results. Oh yes, AND I LOVE THE MUPPETS! And cupcakes).
