About Me

I've always enjoyed travelling whether its a new destination to explore or somewhere I've been many times before. At the end of 2006, I took the opportunity start operating my own travel agency - a franchise of Explorer Travel.
I specialise in travel to Egypt, Russia, Central and Southern Africa and escorted Battlefield excursions. I have a dedicated website for each of these:
Red Sea Explorer
Rodina Explorer
Big Five Explorer
Battlefield Explorer
And don't forget the main website:
Big Blue Marble Explorer
At Explorer Travel,we have a different approach to your regular high street travel agent. As members of Worldchoice, we have access to literally hundreds of suppliers so we can book all sorts of travel all over the world. However we chose to specialise in just a few areas. With the best will in the world, it just isn't possible to have in-depth knowledge for all the holiday destinations in the world.
Our specialist knowledge helps us find you the right holiday for you. In addition to knowing about my holiday destinations, I am also a PADI Divemaster so I can also chat to you about your options if you want to learn to dive.
However, we realise that many people still prefer to book their own holidays online and this is also a service we offer:
Explorer Travel Online Reservations
If you fancy buying property in the sun, we are also able to offer properties in various European countries through our properties website:
Sun Property Investments
We've also just launched a brand new online shop where you can buy you beach wear, swim wear, scuba & snorkelling gear, camping equipment and a full range of ski clothing.
