This duo, consisting of Live Maria Roggen and Lars Andreas Haug , started up as "To Værer Eller Ikke Tuba" in 1994.
We play music in the sense of organized sound, using solely our voices and one large metal swirl they call a tuba.
Music for us: nutty improvised music, cool jazz music, fresh folk music, silly pop music, composed strange music.Our first and so far only release [tu'ba] from 1998 will soon be sold out (less than 20 copies left), so right now we're recording a new one. Will be out in 2008. A new release every ten years is perfect.
