I have 2 great kids, an amazing husband and I work full time. The gym is my time and I'm loving the results. In January of 2006 I decided I was not looking or feeling the way wanted to. I got a gym membership and started following the Body for Life plan. By the end of the year I had lost 25 lbs. I am motivated by competition so I am now training for a figure show. I am on here to meet other fitness advocates and competitors I hope to receive lots of good tips. I'd also like to encourage other people to get in shape cause so many don't know what they are missing.
