Ashley Robles, born and raised in San Diego, is a singer/song-writer/producer who is no stranger to the music industry. In 1998, she signed her first contract with First Avenue Records (UK) and later released her first recording, "God's With Us", on the Touched By an Angel Christmas Album under Sony/Epic Records. She was also privileged to sing, live, for the industries' well-known music executive, Tommy Mottola.
In 2000, she signed a recording contract with RCA Records in New York. As an artist under RCA, she was given the opportunity to work with and meet the industries top song-writers and producers, such as, Sylvia-Bennett Smith, who has worked with Destiny's Child, Heather Holley & Rob Hoffman, who worked on Christina Aguilera's debut album, Troy Johnson of Nature's Finest, Lil' Mo, and Harvey Mason of The Underdogs, who produced Jordin Sparks and Chris Browns' hit single, "No Air".
Ashley Robles signed her first publishing deal with BMG Music Publishing International, in 2003. She co-wrote her first single, "Fallin' For You", with Jane Vaughan, Jody Wilson, Andy Murray, and Christian Ballard while signed to Wildstar Records (UK) where she was label mates with Craig David. The single took off and Ashley began her first promotional tour in the UK, performing in front of thousands of people with other artists, such as, Michelle Branch, Wyclef Jean, Ja Rule, Ashanti, Natalie Imbruglia, and UK artists: Blue, Atomic Kitten, Sugababes, Michelle Gayle, Beverley Knight and Gareth Gates (to name a few). She also guested on radio stations across the country to promote her single.
Apart from singing and writing, Ashley has also held a passion for producing. She started producing in 2004 and took it on entirely in 2006. She has been working to put together her album by early next year and just recently collaborated with up and coming artists Network, the Trackzillas, Sonny Rich, and Roscoe Umali. She has been doing shows throughout San Diego and has opened up for artists, such as, Tommy Redding, Josh Franks, Wiz Khalifa, Roscoe Umali, and Pitbull. She also guest performed at several of the San Diego Chargers' events.
Being as hardworking and determined as she is, Ashley is constantly working in her studio, otherwise, she's out promoting her songs "All I Need", "Cologne", and Network's hot new single "U 4 Me", which features Ashley Robles. She is also preparing to release her own new single "Alright", featuring Roscoe Umali, this summer (2008).
