A successful cover becomes almost second nature.

About Me

Trying to describe yourself is like trying to bite your own teeth. Most people who know me say that I'm funny (both witty and slapstick kind), intelligent, understanding, reliable and the like. I am a home-based travel agent in training, so tell me where you want to go. But what is that worth to you? Aww, make your own conclusions, come on in the water's fine!

My Interests

I love baseball. It is The Perfect Game. Not to be confused with soccer, The Beautiful Game, which I also love. Camping, Snorkeling and the like. And Bond, love the James Bond thing.

I'd like to meet:

I want to meet confident and sexy people. Shy and reclusive people, too. Users of proper grammar and spelling are a bonus, or those who make up their own words. Those who are not afraid to laugh at themselves and don't take life too seriously, please apply. I want to meet people who will be my guide if I end up in their neck of the woods. Those who 'get' James Bond...you know who you are. I'm here to meet interesting people who will both agree and disagree with me. After all, what's life worth without a few friends?

Music:

Stereolab, Thievery Corporation, Dandy Warhols, Groove Armada, Belle & Sebastien, Chet Baker, The Streets (and his sister Lily Allen), The Stone Roses, Otis Redding, The Grey Album, The Smiths, early Rolling Stones, St. Germain.

Movies:

Ocean's, Bourne's, 007, Ghost in the Shell, Evil Deads, The Matrices, The Haunting, Airplane! Raising Arizona, V for Vendetta, Michael Mann films (Heat, Collateral, Miami Vice), Grave of the Fireflies, summer popcorn blockbusters.

Television:

Miami Vice, Three's Company, Hilarious House of Frightenstein, MST3K, Amazing Race, The Smoking Room, Weather Channel. A blank screen makes me appreciate silence and the lack of a "Master's Voice", if you catch my meaning.

Books:

Guralnick's Elvis biographies, Lonely Planet guidebooks, Culture Jam: The Uncooling of America, The Onion, Affluenza, Of Human Bondage, Patrick O'Brian, Ian Fleming.

Heroes:

That guy in the mirror who looks back at me and tells me I'm ready to get another day done with. Man, that guy can get me moving!
