I love to read. I enjoy scrapbooking. I am a big fan of pro football - go Vikings! And I like my summertime boys, too - go Twins! I enjoy watching Nascar - go Tony Stewart! I love college hoops - go Jayhawks! I enjoy doing crossword puzzles and hanging out with my awesome friends. I also have a Magic 8 Ball collection!
I'd like to meet:
I'd like to meet a guy who brings me flowers just for the hell of it, who would like to snuggle in for a movie, and yes...gasp, an occasional chick flick! He's gotta like watching sports and hopefully going to amusement parks and riding the scary rides. And it would be nice if he'd challenge me to a game of Scrabble or Cribbage once in awhile too. But what you like has very little to do with what I'll like about you. Honestly, I want a man who is intelligent, kind, adventurous, has a sense of humor and is thoughtful.
Ok, this is HUGE and perhaps, this should be at the top of my list...if you don't speak and write English well, please don't write to me. If you are inclinded to write letters that start out with "Hello Beautiful", "Wow, you are an angel", "You took my breath away," or any other such nonsense, don't write to me. And lastly, if you are looking for a fantasy older woman or for a younger woman to prove you've still got it - please don't write to me! I mean please...please, don't write to me. I might be 38 and still single, but I am not desparate!

Music:
Classic Rock. Lynyrd Skynyrd is my favorite. I do like some of the new stuff. And I've also been known to listen to Country on occasion.
Movies:
True Lies; Keeping the Faith; Dances With Wolves; Dogma; Stigmata; The Waterboy; Remember the Titans (those last two have great soundtracks!)
Television:
LOST! ER and several reality shows: American Idol, Hell's Kitchen, Big Brother and the Bachelor. What I don't like...the Simpsons, hated Seinfeld, didn't understand Office Space or Napoleon Dynamite and I thought Lost in Translation was terrible.
Books:
Anything by Robert Ludlum, Greg Iles, Ken Follett and Sandra Brown! Footprints of God by Greg Iles is one of my favorite books.
Heroes:
Everyday people who do extraordinary things. People who make a habit of random acts of kindness. Real people.
