I am the Head Talent Scout with AR Models Inc. My job is to recruit, setup, and manage all new recruits, both male and female. With the overwhelming boom that our company has gone thru within the past year, we're excited about the future. We take pride in every model that we represent. All beautiful women. I'm talking about the Caribbeans, South Americans, Europeans(especially Italians), Asians, and all other ethnicities and mixes that I might of forgotten. I respect and appreciate a women's beauty. And not like the typical guy either. That kind of respect and appreciation is on another level that most men disregard. I take pride in every model that I represent having that special quality. Some people like to consider those type of women "dime status". However you want to put it, thats what I want to represent and recruit. So if you ladies think your on that level, then we seriously need to discuss business.
