Jamil Mangan

Jamil A. C. Mangan is an actor, director, playwright and teaching artist. He received a BFA in theater arts from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia. His theater credits include Martin Luther King Jr. in the national tour of My Soul Is A Witness, the national tour of Roll of Thunder Hear My Cry, Orpheus Fisher in My Lord What A Morning, Boy Willie in Piano Lesson, and Sista Plenty in Monster. Jamil has appeared on television for Comcast Sportsnet (Philadelphia 76ers), The Dave Chappelle Show, the Discovery Channel, US Cellular and in the independent thriller Head Trauma which premiered at New York's Tribeca Theatre in October 2005. Mr. Mangan is currently a teaching artist for Young New Jersey Playwrights, Restore Kidz, Inc., and Steve Adubato's Stand & Deliver.
