KISS, KISS, KISS....I can't help it...I've loved them since I was 3 and it just never stopped. Alice Cooper ranks right up there as well. Unlike the members of KISS, Alice is a very very nice person who is very accomodating to his fans...how we met is an interesting story.... Bruce Kulick...former guitar player of KISS/currently playing with legendary rock band Grand Funk Railroad...FANTASTIC guitarist and one of my dearest friends. Butch Walker...one of the best songwriters I have ever come across...very very underrated...his time will come!!! John Corabi...another underrated singer/song writer..great person as well. Frankie Wilsey...another wonderful friend of mine and a kick ass guitar player. Here are the rest of my bands: Queensryche, Billy Joel, Pretty Boy Floyd, LA Guns, Brides of Destruction, Queen, RATT, Stephen Pearcy, Velvet Revolver, LIT, Handsome Devil, Tesla, Z02 (great new band/opened for the KISS/Poison tour 2004), Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Van Halen,STARZ, Poison, Steve Stevens, Boston, Skid Row, Dokken, Metal Skool (LA band that performs at the ROXY...you might recognize them from the Bacardi commercials and the Discover Card commercials as well.), and the list goes on and on...basically any "hair band" from the 80's.
I love horror and disaster movies. Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs...any Quentin Tarantino movie...the guy is my hero!!! Any music movie...Decline of the Western Civilization:The Metal Years, Sunset Strip, Spinal Tap, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Mayor of the Sunset Strip, Rock Star, etc. I guess I like all movies except chick flicks...now, there are some exceptions...Steel Magnolias (good movie...you have to admit), Fried Green Tomatoes...I think that's it..
OK, this is the one where people are going to move on to another MySpace site... I love the Golden Girls...don't laugh..it's a damn funny show, Sponge Bob Squarepants...I do not think that was made solely for children...I can probably recite every episode... Big fan of VH1 Classic's Metal Mania...it's like watching an hour of the old Headbangers Ball...(2 hours on Saturday AM!!!) I watch alot of TV, but it's no new programming...I'm more of a Nick At Nite person...TV Land...My new favorite show is the Family Guy... If you notice, there is no consistancy in my TV likes...moving on...
I like to read, but it's mostly music related books...for example: These are my most current readings...Stiffed (the story of MCA records), Howling At The Moon (the Walter Yetnicoff story...he was the president of CBS records), Exploding (the story of Warner Brothers Records), Hitman (this book talks about the inner-workings of the music business and the big 6 record companys...and the payola scandels...there were the big 6 labels back in the day: MCA, CBS, Geffen, PolyGram, Warner Bros, RCA), This Business Of Music (this is the bible of the music business...can you believe this was required reading in my college...it's 542 pages...it details EVERYTHING you need to know about the music business...mostly from a legal standpoint...how to read contracts, etc.), I've read every book about KISS that has been written, and every book about Alice Cooper ever written as well.Oh, and I'm also reading the Da Vinci Code.I majored in Business specializing in Music and Video Business...focusing more towards the business side...I love reading about it
