I play acoustic guitar & sing most of the time but dabble with a little bit of harmonica, dulcimer, dobro (resonator guitar) and bass guitar. I've been slaving away at open mics for a while and writing my own songs. You can hear me just about every Sunday night at Barley Island Brewery in Noblesville, IN. I'm planning to book some full fledged gigs soon and will post those here.
My day job is working for John Wiley & Sons (they do all the "For Dummies" books) I handle all the Microsoft textbooks and sell them into colleges. So, if you need singer-songwriter and a book on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 all at the same time I've got you covered!!

Fool's Highway (Cliff's new CD) was recorded with Pat Brearton on his Weissenborn Hawaiian slide guitar, 6-string acoustic guitar, banjo & backing vocals. Cara Jean Wahlers on upright bass, accordion & backing vocals. Richard Schiller on drums.

So things have been good... my son Gavin is nearly 5 months and he's got lots of personality. I sing to him a ton because it makes him smile so he probably thinks that's how all people comm...
