About Me

Teacher by profession, restaurant-diner by hobby. So how and why did I start the restaurant blog? Well, as much as I enjoy meeting friends and eating out, I got sick of eating at the same local places over and over again. This blog is my excuse to try new places and minimize the visits to the tried and true. It is my way of documenting my impressions of local dining venues and sharing it with others who may also be looking for new places to try. I am not a professional in critiquing food or anything, but I believe I can offer an objective opinion and information about the restaurants I visit.If you are a fellow diner and have always wanted to see pictures of a specific restaurant and the food they serve there, this blog is the place! I would love to get feedback, please leave comments when you feel my reviews have helped you or have inspired you to try something new:) I would also LOVE to get ideas of new places to try.If you are in the local restaurant industry and would like to invite me to your restaurant, I'd be happy to try it out and write a review- its practically free advertising for you.
