Movies:

Casablanca, first and foremost. After that, Woody Allen is pretty much the most thoughtful writer and director around. His best are Manhattan, Annie Hall, Match Point and Love and Death. I also appreciate the BBC version of Pride and Prejudice for its precision.

simpsons, family guy, bill mahr, daily show, Colbert Report, Lost, Charlie Rose show & seinfeld
