Click here to make your own!Bio in French:Julien Hess découvre les sons électroniques dès son plus jeune âge durant le mouvement « french touch » des années 90. On lui offre ses toutes premières platines à l’âge de 15 ans et commence ainsi à mixer. Un an plus tard, on lui propose d’effectuer des warm-up en public dans le sud de la France. Suite à cette expérience, il s’imposera vite en tant que dj et évoluera durant 2 ans dans cette structure. Printemps 2002, il intègre la discothèque la « Jet Set », club kitsch et pointu musicalement où il y développera son style. Il continu ses activités saisonnières durant l’été 2002, et poursuit par l'intègration début 2004 l’équipe du Red Lounge à Montpellier aux côtés de Miroslav Illic, Greg Mayol et Michael B (Team Ecler). En parallèle, Michael B lui propose de jouer à ses cotés aux platines du Florian. Julien Hess y sera donc résident pendant la saison estivale. Fin 2004, il rentre à L’Ysis et effectue les warm-up de Greg Mayol. Au début de l’été 2005, il sera présent sur la plage privée de la Palm Ray (Carnon) puis à l’Impala Lounge (Palavas Les Flots). En septembre 2005, il organise la partie artistique et mixe durant trois jours au week-end d'intégration de l'école supérieur de commerce (Sup de Co) de Montpellier. Il mixera avec John dans le patio du Soléia lors de soirées à thèmes en collaboration avec le Pulp à Lattes. Fin 2005, Julien Hess intègre la discothèque Le Cercle à Montpellier au coté de Michael B et y restera jusqu’au mois d’avril 2006. Ici, il jouera avec Philippe Corti et Benji, entre autres… Eté 2006, il poursuit sa collaboration avec Michael B. au Pacha puis au Palma (Cap d’Agde) et commence dès lors à se pencher sur la production de ses propres morceaux. En septembre 2006 l'école supérieur de commerce le recontacte pour leur week end d'intégration. Le soléïa (Lattes) le rappelle pour d'autres soirées des le début 2007.En mai 2007 l'after officiel du Printemps Rouge qui se déroulera au Lodge le contacte pour mixer à partir de 5 heures du matin le samedi. A suivre...Bio in English:Julien Hess discovered electronic sounds when he was young during the "French Touch" movement of the 1990's. He got his very first turntable when he was 15 and so started mixing. One year later, he was asked to do the warm-up in public in the south of France. Thanks to that experience, he quickly established himself as a DJ and he developed through out the following two years in that manner. During spring of 2002, he started to work in a club called "Jet Set" which is a kitsh club with very precise music where he developed his own style. He continued he seasonal work during the summer 2002. At the beginning of 2004, he entered the "Red Lounge" 's team in Montpellier alongside Miroslav Illic, Greg Mayol and Michael B (Team Ecler). At the same time, Michael B offered him the chance to play alongside him on the turntables of "The Florian". Julien Hess was then resident DJ there during the summer season. At the end of 2004, he played at "Ysis" and did the warm-up session for Greg Mayol. At the beginning of the summer of 2005, he was working on the private beach of Carnon "La Palm Ray" and played at the "Impala Lounge" in Palavas Les Flots. In September 2005, he organised the artistic part of the fresher's weekend of the Superior School of Business in Montpellier and mixed there. He also mixed with John in the patio of the "Soleia" while there were special parties in collaboration with "the Pulp" in Lattes. At the end of 2005, Julien Hess started to work at "the cercle" in Montpellier alongside Michael B and stayed there until April 2006. There, he played with Philippe Corti and Benji, among others…During the summer 2006, he continued his collaboration with Michael B at "the Pacha" and at "the Palma" in Cap d'Agde. It was there that he started to think about producing his own pieces. In September 2006, the Superior School of Business contacted him again for the fresher's weekend. In addition, the "Soleia" called him for other parties at the beginning of 2007.
