Right, welcome to BoLSHy*Space! The official myspace for BoLSHy*BoY, thats me, real name Matt Holmes. I'm a DJ/Producer from the South Coast, UK. I don't have a record label and I'm not signed to one but I do it 'cos I love it!!
At the moment its all about 'Ableton Live' for me. I've been using it to produce my latest bits, shits n skits and its a rockin' program! I've been a DJ for quite a few years now mixing all kinds of music from House to Drum n Bass and take influence from all genre's. Having only just started producing, the best is yet to come! I'm gonna take the influences and shove 'em! lol
A few friends of mine (check out Stu-E, GlassBreakz & Funked Up!) have recently set up their own night at the Mud Club in Bognor Regis and are going to be giving my tunes their first club tests, then we can see how they go down. I'm yet to define a style of my own but I'm loving the 'redux' effect right now. If you're into Electro, Tech-House and Minimal then keep your eye on the BoLSHy*BoY!
