My father is of African-American, Jamaican, English, German Jewish, and Cherokee descent. My mother of Russian, French, Dutch, Syrian, and Lebanese descent.
I was born in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, England, where my father, a Rhodes Scholar, was studying. My family moved to Park Slope, Brooklyn, New York, when i was one. I Also have two sisters, Leigh and Gillian, who both practice law. Leigh currently lives in Melbourne, Australia with her boyfriend who is on a scholarship to a local university.
I first three years of high school were spent at Midwood High School in Brooklyn. He then transferred to Quaker Valley Senior High School in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, near Pittsburgh, where i graduated in 1990. In 1995,I graduated from Princeton University with a degree in English Literature. While at Princeton, he also performed with the school's a cappella group, The Princeton Tigertones.After that I headed to Los Angeles, California, to pursue an acting career. I ended up spending years doing behind-the-scenes work to support myself before devoting my time seriously to auditioning for acting roles.Myspace Layouts
