About Me

Read my VisualDNA ™ Get your own VisualDNA™I'm a conservative trapped in a liberal mindset. I'm a success through failure, and an honest person who masquerades as an attorney.I'm a vegas showgirl with no moves; a skinny girl trapped in a woman's curves. I'm a whiskey drunk who drinks tequila, and a lost soul on my own path to salvation...or wherever the path may lead.I'm a spoiled brat who takes nothing for granted. A free spirit who wants to settle down... and a poet with no muse.I live, I breathe, I will eventually die. (I plan to live life recklessly in the interim)I'm an open book with no cover - in a language you will never understand.

I edited my profile with Thomas’ Myspace Editor V3.6 !

My Interests

MySpace, of course...it is obvious I am addicted. Must be that addictive personality....Also interested in poety and literature (Baudelaire, Shelley, Keats, Plath, ("Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner" by Coleridge is one of the most brilliant poems ever written) F. Scott Fitzgerald, Ernest Hemingway, Kate Chopin's "The Awakening",People I have never met, people I long to meet, words yet to be written, poetry yet to be discovered.....amateur photography, real life, nature...the meaning of life, discussing the meaning of life, beginnings, endings (but hate goodbyes)If I could be anyone, it would be Bonanza Jellybean or Sissy Hankshaw in the Tom Robbins novel "Even Cowgirls Get The Blues"....guess you could say my interests are in living life, experiencing life, and discovering everything this world has to offer.....while trying not to think about the next....

I'd like to meet:

If you are looking for a hook-up, please pass me by. I have someone special in my life, and I am perfectly happy with him. I am pretty sure sexual innuendo and lame pick up lines are not going to be enough to make me change my mind and move on to someone else...................as for friends, I'd like to meet a poet, a sage, a zen buddhist.... a musician, writer, artist... real people with stories to tell and time to tell them...people seeking true connection through thoughtful conversation.... people who are spontaneous and will do crazy things on a whim.... people who are not afraid to laugh at themselves.... people who value personal growth and change.

Movies:

Garden State is more than a great movie, it is an obsession for me (if you don't believe me, ask me how many times I have seen it).Other than that, Fight Club, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Vanilla Sky, anything by Kevin Smith, Natural Born Killers, Anything with Adam Sandler (except the Little Nikki one, what the hell was he thinking?) Monster's Ball, Seven, the Sixth Sense, Contact, Wizard of Oz (loved it as a child, now with it and dark side of the moon as an adult), Breakfast Club, Say Anything, Glory Daze, Quentin Tarantino is a GOD, and that is all I can think of, for now....

Television:

My Name is Earl...and I am addicted to TLC and HGTV. Home improvement shows followed by a reality series about tattoo artists? I'm in heaven.....

Books:

Other than books by my favorite author of all time, Tom Robbins: Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance (no matter how many times you read it, you still miss something), All Anne Rice, Hemingay (including short stories....my favorite at http://home.echo-on.net/~command/hem.htm), I am also a big fan of poetry like Baudelaire and Shelley...read my interest section for others!

Hemingways light

I've always loved writers like Tom Robbins whose imbellished writing and fanciful, elaborate styles (describing everything in great detail) are challenging and entertaining. However, there is one exce...

That D*%@! cricket
