I love reading, writing, playing on my computer. I love being outdoors when it's warm. I enjoy hiking and horse-back riding. Ohhh, I'm a scrapbooker too!!! Lame, but fun. I have a four year old son so the majority of my time is spent hanging out with him.
People that STIMULATE ME INTELLECTUALLY. I'm surrounded by boring, uneducated, small minded people on a daily basis(except for a handfull of people, You know who you are!!) So I guess what I'm saying is, If you don't have anything interesting to say (For instance "What's your bra size?") Don't bother!!!
Besides my son music is my first love. I like any music that speaks to me or rather has a message I can relate to in some way. My favorites are Red Hot Chilie Peppers, A Perfect Circle, Deftones, Hank Williams jr., Irish Folk music, Tupac, Hed PE, Prince, Rocco Deluca(Certain Songs), Sublime.....I'll come back to this one later, it may take a while. Okay here's a few more.......Citizen Cane, The Cure, Flogging Molly, Ani DeFranco, Amy Winehouse, Lil' Wayne, The White Stripes, Rage against the Machine, Peaches, The cure, Radiohead
My two favorites are Trainspotting and Dumb & Dumber(I know, but I can't help this movies fucking hilarious) What else????? Reindeer Games, Wedding Crashers, Swingers(That's money Baby!!) Any movie that makes me laugh pretty much, Crumb(Weird but funny)
The Black Donnellys of course. Who can resist a cute Irish boy!! Any crime drama that's made and of course the classics Will & Grace, Sex in the City, & Seinfeld(Ha Ha)
My cousin Brandon bought me Disco Bloodbath by James St. James when I was like 15. It's since been my favorite. It's the story of Michael Alig and the rise and fall of club kids back in the 80's. It's a bit disturbing but a very funny book. I recommend it to anyone. I'm reading a book called How the Irish saved civilization right now. It's a good one!!!! I've also begun reading William Burroughs biography. I found Naked Lunch at a Garage sale last week & tried to read it, but realized I don't understand the dialect. That's why I'm reading the biography first. Beat poetry confuses me!!
I'm not sure if I have a hero, But I definetly have people that I look up to very much. My Aunt Peg and my friend Nancy. Both of them are very strong women with equally strong personalities. Basically they don't take no shit!! I model myself(At least I try to) after both of them.
