Spazmosity

The history of Spazmosity is an obscure journey into different currents of the underground metal scene. All members have had a lifelong interest for music in general and the metal genre in particular, and it is on this common musical ground the whole concept of the band is based.
Spazmosity was founded in the fall of 1994 by the two guitarists B Thelberg and M Lamming. The band quickly evolved from playing covers to writing their own music in the death and black metal genré. After a few concerts Peter Emanuelsson joined as a singer, and 1999 saw the addition of bass player Mikael Nordström. In 2003 their third and highly critically acclaimed demo Storm Metal was released. During all this time they gigged whenever possible and shared stage with, among others, Vinterland, Entombed, Amon Amarth, Watain, Lobotomy, and Godhate (ex Throneaeon).After a period of line up problems, 2006 saw the addition of drummer Dimitri Jungi, who brought energy and motivation to the band. Risen from the ashes, they once again write songs and play gigs together with bands like Insision,Carnal Forge and Grave.Spazmosity have been erected from the tomb.
