The names Nostic, reppin’ the One Mind click, I thought I’d start up my own Myspace to exhibit and showcase my flava, my type of vibe, image etc. I’ve been at this now for awhile, hip hop that is, prolly since I was 12-13, and haven’t stopped since. My goal with music is to first of all, have fun with it, second is to bring attention to different topics or issues that people may be ignorant to, tell stories and share past, present experiences and future goals and expectations. I’ve been hearin alot of music that I’m not able to vibe to or relate to, so my aim is for people to like and to want to hear me, but at the same time educate the shit outta them, and alot of times it prolly won’t even be on that factual, book type education shit, just plain ol’ common sense really. I told my girl the other day that I wanna be a mixture between people like Ludacris, for bein animated, and full of style and flava, Phonte from Little Brother, for havin that cocky swagger and hittin ya with non-challant punch lines, Mos Def, for bein an incredible artist with tons of character, Pharoahe Monch, for bein’ as hard and ill as he is, and last but not least, Lupe Fiasco, for bein’ very educated, and havin crazy word play while still stayin’ on topic and makin ya head bob. I find it good working with the people I do, stayin positive and havin a good time always is key to making good ass music and not to mention havin the right people makin your instrumentals or beats, no matter how good you are, your always gonna sound better over the right beat. My crew and I are working on our album currently, I’ll be droppin my 9th wonder mixtape very soon so stay tuned cause theres more to come........................
