About Me: My name is Gianfranco "Pranto". I'm 27 and I'm from Sicily. On 2004 I got a degree in media studies and I'm trying to become a copywriter and work in the ADV field. I like travelling all over the world since I was 18, with my backpack and nothin' more. I've been in Greece (2000), Scotland(2005), India (2001), Sri Lanka (2001), Great Britain (2002), Czek Republic (2006), Ireland (2007). I think that travelling is the best way to make a person better, being in harmony with people and nature.
About Me and Guitar: Guitar is one of the most important thing I have. I've been playing guitar since I was 14, learning by myself starting with stuff like Guns and roses, Queen, Megadeth, Juda's Priest. Through the Years I have played rock, metal progressive and hard rock.
About Me and Music: In 2005 I got a record release with my past prog. metal band "Irencros"; the album was "Alchemy of destruction" (adrenaline/steelheart records). I like all of those guitar players able to express feeling and touch before technique. I go crazy for hard rock mixed with blues stuff. Today I play in a Jimi hendrix's cover band called "The crosstown monkeys". In this space you can listen some songs I recorded for fun at my home studio.
