I am a construction Specialist. I am able to provide competetive bids for refurbishing, remodeling or room additions. I have been taking classes in architecture and construction management. I love my work. I have multitudes of experience with painting and interor or exterior finishes, which include ceremic or stone tile work, countertop installation, .....the list goes on. I am on the edge of providing work for the masses by way of additions and remodeling. Items for any project might include beam placement for removal of support walls, or a roof extension to help add to a space that can provide any feeling that is desired by the client. Some projects have dead lines that need met or they are just a large project. How I handle this when it comes up is to contract out some of the work load to comparable contractors that I do work with.
