Receiving my education and certified through the American Institute of Alternative Medicine school of massage, located in Oldbridge NJ.In the twenty years prior to becoming a massage therapist, I have worked as a personal trainer. While enjoying my accomplishments as a personal trainer in helping invididuals in reaching their goals throughout the years. Over time I began to understand that by incorporating massage, I could make my clients feel better on a different physical and emotional level.I now utilize my combined skills, education and experience as a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist in my Therapeutic practice to help individuals reach their goals.a
