Muzik-Puzik

The project has come to existence in 2004; initially it was simply a union of friends, who spent their time with drinking, playing on musical instruments, devising unreal, but funny stories and recording all that delirium for following listening and joy. Gradually those mitotic parties were replenishing with new musicians-friends and art people thereby supported the process of unrestrained Bacchanalia and intensified an emphatic character of the music. The essence of the project is spontaneous improvised expression of transient emotions of its members (staff can be different each session – any guest is able to become full-value member of the project, adding vibrations such as sounds, emitted by any method, singing and even simply creating a mood for our members). Muzik-Puzik is a studio project. All compositions are performed only once in the moment of its creating, they are recorded and hence keep living as phonograms. Basically the members of the project play shifting their consciousness conditions – it is a driving force of their art activity. The main priorities of a choice of methods of expression are deliberate dishevelledness of performance, absence of any stylistic and harmonic limits and uncompromising integrity to verbally name the momentary personal “diagnosis”.
