Silent Serenade are a metal from Thailand. Influenced from metal and hardcore music. In the beginning, back in the year 2002. The band was established by Tawichakorn (drums) and Pare (female fronted). They looked for the missing members and found Cholatas (guitar), Baz (bass) and Zahib (guitar) then they found the band in the name Drug Kill Insects. Over 3 years, they have played around Bangkok, Pattaya and Chinagmai and released their first recording put to The Newbie Party compilation cd with local bands Revenge of the Cybermen, Sleep Inn and Tabasco in 2005. In 2006, Baz left the band then Voravat (bass) came up to join the band as a new bassist. After that, the band decided to play something heavier and more extremely then they changed band name to Silent Serenade.
