Everyone has that great story they tell. It’s usually the craziest thing they saw, or some weird situation they got into that seemed so insane it felt like they were in a movie. I know I have stories like that.. What I’ve come to realize is that most of my stories involve Eli. It’s usually not even me in the story, It’s more like I’m just the observer of Eli in some crazy situation... He was crazy. Eli represented the things you want to say but don’t, being proud of who you are... doing everything you want to do... and when you want to do it... never being uncomfortable in your own skin... Such a powerful personality... I mean, You know the saying "you either love em’ or hate em’...." With Eli... it wasn’t either or... It was both. If you loved him, I can guarantee you hated him as well.. The fine line between love and hate... Eli walked that line. No matter how many times I threw him out of my house, my car..or how many things he broke... He was always welcomed back the next day. One charming personality under that tattooed/tough guy exterior. There will never be another.So come and help honor the memory of our friend...
