people from differents countries. I write short stories and novels, so I like to meet people from differents cities to learn differents cultures. I like wrintin, about artits' life (singers, actors...) to make people realise that's not an as easy life as it seems. Edit May 2006 : right now, I would like to meet Steven Styler. Edit Oct 2006 : Michael Monroe. Edit Mars 2007 : ROB PARÃS and all the DANGER PEOPLE ! and Swan ^^
I love rock'n'roll ! I'm a fan of Bryan Adams for somethin like 10 years. I learn english while searching what does his lyrics mean. After I turned to 'brit pop rock' with Oasis, Blur, The Verve, Stone Roses and 'punk rock' with Nirvana, Hole/Courtney Love, Sex Pistols, The Ramones, Hanoi Rocks, Aerosmith, Guns'n'Roses, ACDC, Scorpions... And I also really love all that touch to the 60's and 70's like John Lennon, Bob Dylan, Aerosmith, the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, The Byrds, etc... and all the 'hippy hits' such as 'San Francisco'. And also bands like the Clash, the Smiths, Lynyrd Skynyrd, the Who, Pink Floyd... I'm sure I forget some.I also like lot of differents music, it depends to my mood or what I'm wrinting about. When I write about Tokyo I listen to J-Pop (Mika Nakashima, Azumi Hamasaki, Gack, Namie Aumro, etc...) and Gwen Stefani, when I write about Mexico I listen to salsa (Thalia, Paulia Rubio,...) So I could as well listining to Eminem than Tchakovski to get me in the mood.
I just love Moulin Rouge ! the story + the musics = that's great ! And 'Almost Famous'. I most movies with Brad Pitt, Julia Roberts, Sandra Bullock, Meg Ryan. I love My Best Friends Wedding ^^ I like comedies, that's fun and you can spend good time. But I also like thriller as Scream, I know what you did last summer... not horror movies, but these suspens kind, i like ^^ As 'The Grudge' with SMG ^^
I used to watch often Tv when there was series like Friends, Dawson, Buffy etc... but now in France we don't have lot of stuff :/ This summer I liked LOST and in autumn DESPERATE HOUSEWIFE. But the evening, while I eat i watch the current tv show, but I don't really follow the show :/
I like French literature as Georges Sand, Musset, or Hugo, but for spending good time I prefer a chick lit book of Sarah Mlynowski. That's fun and so realist lol I like the book 'Alice in Wonderland', Lewis Carroll was full of imagination and great to play with words senses. I also like to travel next to Jack Kerrouac in his several trips, and Cassidy, Burroughs, Ginseng and all the band ! And I loved Practical Magic of Alice Hoffman, and of course every Harry Potter ! That's not a book but each month, i never miss to read Cosmo, Glamour, Bien Dans Ma Vie and Psychologies Right now I'm reading 'Mystery Island' by Jules Verne and 'the Picture of Dorian Gray' of Oscar Wilde.
Well... i don't really have a favorite hero. I admire John Lennon who made a lot for peace and wrote lot of good songs. I guess I find him in both brothers Gallagher from Oasis : Noel write songs and Liam sing them + he looks like Lennon sometime. Bob Dylan also wrote engaged songs. Maybe I can count Kurt Cobain here. I was not so fan of his music when he sang and scream at the same time, I loved the man he was and some of his idea. Like Lennon he was really respectfull of woman, justice, peace and were both close to nature. Edit May 2006 : I would say Steven Tyler for his 'love and peace' messages. I think what he says is simple and so true. If everyone apply this, we could live in a better world. Steven resolution for 2005 "Work like you don't need the money, love like you never been hurt and danse like you do when nobody's watching" Edit oct 2006 : I'm impress of all the instruments Michael Monroe can play and I like how he act on stage. That's like Steven Tyler, these guys don't care about what people say, they do what they want and wear what they like.
