I put up 190 on flat bench tonight for 1 rep.......

My flat bench workout with chains........

Was awesome!!!!  Did my first set with a total weight of 175.  The chains are 30 pounds a piece when fully extended....so we figured I was lifting 20 pounds on each side in addition to the 1...

405.......... :)

I went for 405 this morning on squats.  Again, like at 365, my concern was coming out of the rack.  Honestly, it didn't feel as heavy as I thought it was going to be.  I did 8 "partial"...

Dead's...305 for 1 rep.  It's a 5 pound increase....I'll take it and 315 is right around the corner :)...
