Formerly DJ Hermit back in the old days, wrote for Eternity magazine, then had a stint promoting my own nights at the now defunct Sands in whitley bay. Brought Scott Brown & Mark EG for they're first stints in the toon at these events before things went quiet on the hardcore scene. I had progressed from the early days playing old R&S records and early Warp stuff, through to early Formation records an a change of style when it took me to places i had never been before, fucking loved Formation an the early Jungle scene. Later progressed to playing minimal techno when the arse fell out of the Jungle scene, there was nee where in the toon to play it, DJ SS on a thursday night at Rockshots barely half filled the place. I lost my own patience when it all lost its way and found minimal techno far more appealing and the likes of Surgeon and Oliver Ho became heros to me and my new inspiration. I jacked the DJ'ing in in 1998/99 after 8 years and began to experiment with producing starting on a 303.
